What data we process

Visiting the website. This is a static website: it uses no cookies, advertising or third-party content. When you visit it, the server records technical data needed to deliver the page and keep it secure (for example IP address, date and time, requested page and browser). Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics. We count visits with our own tool, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Only anonymous daily totals are recorded: page and language, device type (mobile or computer), the browser’s time zone, the site you came from (for example a search engine) and clicks on the contact buttons. We do not store your IP address or any data that identifies you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Totals are deleted after 400 days.

Contact and bookings. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, dates and the content of your message) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, manage your booking. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy also apply.

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, with whom we have a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law (for example tax obligations).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by writing to info@cistierna-rural.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority of your country.
